What a whirlwind the past two weeks have been!
To be honest, I’m pretty tuckered out from my mile-high to-do list after launching the print version of Blooming into Mindfulness on Amazon. The five day road trip to visit colleges and a couple of days of skiing squished in there might be a factor too. (Fun fact: the book photo above was taken in a hotel room, using my son’s ski pants as a backdrop.)
But I am over-the-moon happy to announce that, as of last night, the Kindle version is now complete and up on Amazon as well! Yahoo!!! I even did the upload all by myself, which was pretty cool. (It will soon be available on Barnes and Noble online, Nook, and iBook too. As with everything in my life these days, I’m taking one bite out of the elephant at a time.)
Keeping my techie hat on, I spent this morning updating my website book page with some of the lovely reviews that have come in. I am humbled by the responses and couldn’t be more grateful. Check it out for yourself here!
My events page is also up-to-date as of a few minutes ago, so head on over and see if you can come to any of my book launch gigs. If you’re local, you can choose between signings at The Caboose Brewing Company on Sunday, March 6, or One More Page Books on Tuesday, March 8. See the events page for further details. And if you’d like to schedule your own event, I’d love to speak to your group or organization!
Finally, for those of you who have already received your copy, the greatest support you could give me would be a few kind words in the Amazon customer review section. Many of you have posted your book photos on my Facebook pages, which has been AWESOME! (Find me on Facebook at Martha Brettschneider – Writer & Photographer.) Keep ’em coming!!
Thank you, thank you, and thank you again for your support and encouragement!
And now I’m going to take a nap.
